Content Usage Release Agreement

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Next Frames Media (Mark Huerta) a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the photographs, videos, and other media created during your session or project for the following purposes:

• Portfolio display on the Next Frames Media website
• Social media posts and stories (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Marketing and promotional materials
• Advertising and business development purposes
• Educational content and tutorials

2. Scope of Use

Content may be edited, cropped, color-corrected, or otherwise modified for promotional purposes. You understand that you will not receive compensation for any promotional use of the content. Your name may or may not be associated with the content at Next Frames Media's discretion.

3. Client Rights

You retain full rights to use the content delivered to you for personal, professional, or commercial purposes as outlined in your service agreement. This release does not limit your ability to use, share, or publish your content in any way you see fit.

4. Exclusions

If there are specific images, clips, or content that you do not want used for promotional purposes, you may request exclusions in writing at any time. Simply email markh@nextframesmedia.com with details of the specific content you'd like excluded, and we will honor your request.

5. Confidential Projects

If your project requires complete confidentiality and no promotional use, alternative arrangements can be made. Please discuss this during your initial consultation, and we can include specific confidentiality terms in your service agreement.

6. Duration

This release is perpetual unless revoked in writing. You may revoke this consent at any time by sending a written request to markh@nextframesmedia.com. Upon revocation, Next Frames Media will make reasonable efforts to remove your content from active promotional use, though content already published may remain in circulation.

7. Model Release (Third Parties)

If your session or project includes other individuals (family members, employees, event guests, etc.), you are responsible for obtaining their consent for promotional use of their likeness. Next Frames Media is not liable for claims arising from the use of content featuring individuals whose consent was not obtained by the client.
